Located in the heart of Downtown Redding in the historic Old City Hall, Shasta Community Access Center(SCAC) is committed to creating greaterawareness of our region's diverse Arts and Cultural Assets, Activities, Events, Organizations, Government and our unique Business Community and individuals through digital media arts.

We cover six cities along the I-5 Corridor: Red Bluff and unincorporated parts of Tehama County contiguous to Red Bluff, Lake California, Cottonwood, Anderson, Redding and unincorporated part of Shasta County contiguous to Redding and the City of Shasta Lake.
